How to answer the telephone when you was like a receptionist in Hotel.

Conversation on Telephone

Receptionist      :     Good Afternoon, Indonesian Hotel, Tristan Speaking here. May i help you?
Costumer            :     Good afternoon, i’m Eka, i’m calling you from lampung, i want to Jakarta this weekend and i need to reserve two rooms in your hotel. Would you please give me information about empty room in your hotel for this weekend?
Receptionist      :     There are 4 empty room in this hotel. For two rooms are VVIP and two rooms are exclusive room. Would you reserve one of them ma’am?
Costumer            :     Ok, i will reserve VVIP rooms, would you please give me informatio about the price?
Receptionist      :     The price of VVIP room for a night is Rp.800.000. for how long many night you will reserve ma’am?
Costumer            :     I need to reserve 2 rooms for 3 nights, Friday until Sunday this weekend.
Receptionist      :     Wait a minute ma’am, i will count it. You’ll get discount for weekend, the discount is 20% from the total price. So you have to pay Rp.4.800.000 for two rooms in 3 night.
Costumer            :     What about the facilities in VVIP room?
Receptionist      :     Okay ma’am, you’ll get once breakfast, lunch and dinner and you’ll get facilities like swimming pool and golf. Would you please mention your name and your phone number? I will make a reservation for you now.
Costumer            :     My name is Eka Marindra. My phone number is 5678.
Receptionist      :     Okay, the reservation is by Mrs.Eka Marindra and the Number is 5678. So how can you pay it ma’am?
Costumer            :     I’ll pay it by transfer this evening to your hotel companys account..
Receptionist      :     Okay, i’ll be waiting for your coming, is there anything can i help?
Costumer            :     No, I think that’s all.

Receptionist      :     Thank you for calling Indonesian Hotel, if you need something more, i’m here to explain.
